BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Lexington Community Radio, be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for Educational and Informational Messaging and Community Engagement, for the Division of Emergency Management and authorizing the Mayor or designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with Lexington Community Radio, related to the procurement of these goods and services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $15,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lexington Community Radio, from account #3200-505201-75104 pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
