BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Internet Service Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with QX.net to increase internet speeds at the Dr. Samuel Brown Health Center.
Section 2 -That an amount, not to exceed the sum $1,995.00 in Fiscal Year 2019, and $4,788.00 annually thereafter, be and hereby is approved for payment to QX.net from account 1101-202505-0001-72303, pursuant to the terms of the Internet Service Contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
