BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Whayne Supply Company be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the repair and maintenance of government owned equipment manufactured by Caterpillar for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, and authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with Whayne Supply Company related to the repair and maintenance of Caterpillar manufactured equipment.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
