BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Catering Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Hyatt Regency Lexington, for catering services for the Senior Intern Alumni Luncheon.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $5,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Hyatt Regency Lexington, from account #1103-606102-75101 ($4478.00) and from account #1103-606102-71299 ($1022.00), pursuant to the terms of the Catering Contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
