BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute certificates of consideration and other necessary documents, and to accept deeds for property interests needed for the Wolf Run B & C Trunk Sewer Project, a Remedial Measures Project required by the Consent Decree, at a cost not to exceed $46,100.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $46,100.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, all from account # 4003 - 303408 - 92811 at the time of closing.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
