BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the title of Ordinance No. 102-2018 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
An Ordinance amending the authorized strength by and abolishing two (2) vacant Classified Civil Service Positions of Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 509N, in the Division of Streets & Roads, two (2) vacant classified positions of Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 509N in the Division of Water Quality and one (1) vacant classified position of Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 512N, in the Division of Waste Management and creating two (2) unclassified positions of Public Works Apprentice, Grade 504N, in the Division of Water Quality and two (2) unclassified positions of Public Works Apprentice, Grade 504N, in the Division of Waste Management and two (2) unclassified positions of Public Works Apprentice, Grade 504N, in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective upon passage of Council.

Section 2 - That the remaining sections of Ordinance No. 102-2018 remain unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective retroactive to December 6, 2018.
