BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an extension to the Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Meridian Management Corporation for facility management services at the Fayette County Courthouses, extending the term of the Contract by one (1) year.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $949,268.53 be and hereby is approved for payment to Meridian Management Corporation from account 4022-707501-7044-71299 for services performed January 13, 2019, through January 12, 2020, and such further amounts as May be due for future annual renewals.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
