BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Smith Contractors, Inc., for the West Hickman 7 Pump Station and Wet Weather Storage Tank Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $476,733.00, from $10,453,000.00 to $10,929,733.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $476,733.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Smith Contractors, Inc., from account # 4003 - 303408 - 92811, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
