BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Link Electric Company, Inc., for the Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center Lighting and Controls Upgrade Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $3,922.00 from $154,340.00 to $158,262.00.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $3,922.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to with Link Electric Company, Inc., from account #2607-707201-0001-76101 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
