BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services, and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $10,000.00 Commonwealth of Kentucky funds for FY 2020, and are for the purchase of mass casualty equipment for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
