BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Sale and Installation Agreement and Amendment thereto, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with SimplexGrinnell, LP, for the design, installation, and certification of a sprinkler system in the mounted Police barn at 575 West Sixth Street, Lexington, Kentucky.
Section 2 -That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $48,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to SimplexGrinnell, LP, from account 1101-505501-5511-91019, pursuant to the terms of the Sale and Installation Agreement and the Amendment thereto.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
