BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Streets and Roads be and hereby is authorized to procure the bulk delivery of cold mix to repair potholes and Rd. way cuts from C & R Asphalt, LLC, a sole source provider, and authorizing the Mayor, if necessary and on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to sign any documents with C & R Asphalt, LLC, related to the above procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $21,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to C & R Asphalt, LLC, from account #1101-303301-76101, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
