BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lynn Imaging, for a wide-format scanner and copier for the Division of Water Quality, for a period of up to forty-two (42) months.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $225.95 per month, subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lynn Imaging from account # 4002 - 303401 - 71301, pursuant to the terms of ...
