BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Everbridge, Inc., be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the Alert Notification System for Division of Emergency Management, and authorizing the Mayor or his designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Everbridge, Inc., related to the purchase of the Alert Notification System.
