BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Fernico, Inc., in the amount of $23,079.00, for a High Definition/High Resolution Photographic Examination System (SANE Program), for the Division of Police, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amount set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $23,079.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Fernico, Inc., from account #3140-505506-96468 pursuant to the terms of the bid and contingent upon the approval of a pending Budget amendment.
