BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Meridian Medical Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of King Pharmaceuticals, Inc., be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of Meridian DuoDote™ Auto-Injectors, for the Division of Emergency Management and authorizing the Mayor or his designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Meridian Medical Technologies, Inc., related to the procurement of these goods and services.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
