BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., establishing a unit price contract for the annual Sanitary Sewer Capacity, Management, Operations, and Maintenance (CMOM) Implementation Services, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and the Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., related to the bid.
