BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of J. Edinger & Son, Inc.; Central Indiana Truck Equipment, Corp.; and Municipal Equipment, Inc., establishing price contracts for Refuse Body Repairs, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
