BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Bri-Den Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC, for the Police Training Center Roof Replacement Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $737.84 from $259,000.00 to $259,737.84.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $737.84, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bri-Den Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC, from account #2607-707201-0001-76101 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
