Summary
Authorization to purchase HVAC equipment directly from Goodman Distribution as a sole source provider approved by Council. Goodman is also the distributor for Daikin & Amana HVAC equipment. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Goodman Distribution, Inc., be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of Daikan & Amana HVAC equipment for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management and authorizing the Mayor or his designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Goodman Distribution, Inc., related to the procurement of these goods and services.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
