Authorization to execute an Agreement between Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG) and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) for sanitary sewer relocations in conjunction with the KYTC New Circle Road (NCR) from Georgetown Road to Boardwalk Widening Project. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC), for sanitary sewer relocations and construction of sanitary sewer facilities as part of the New Circle Road Widening Project, at a cost estimated not to exceed $149,912.94.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $149,912.94, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC), from account # 4003 - 303408 - 92811, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
