BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 8, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), for renewal of the RiskMaster MESA software package, related maintenance, and technical assistance.
Section 2 - That the Chief Information Officer (CIO), or her designee, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary renewal addendums under Master License Agreement No. 02-MJB-00174.
