BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Anritsu Americas Sales, Inc., be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of Radio System Service monitors, for the Division of Enhanced 911 and authorizing the Mayor or his designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Anritsu Americas Sales, Inc., related to the procurement of these goods and services.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
