BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Amteck of Kentucky, LLC d/b/a Amteck, establishing a price contract for Outdoor Warning Sirens, for the Division of Emergency Management/911, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
