BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a multi-year true lease schedule, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, pursuant to Master Lease Agreement No. 6705564-007 with Dell Financial Services, LLC, for the lease of desktop computers for the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $89,757.33, be and hereby is approved for payment to Dell Financial Services, LLC, from account #1101-202505-71303, pursuant to the terms of the Lease Schedule.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
