BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1- That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute multi-year Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Xerox Corporation Ltd., for upgrades to the D125CP Printer, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance services.

                     Section 2- That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $12,257.73 and a per copy charge of $0.064 (total estimate of $8,500.00 for one Fiscal Year), billable on a monthly basis, be and hereby is approved for payment to Xerox Corporation Ltd., from account #1101-202502-71303, pursuant to the terms of the Lease Agreement.

                     Section 3- That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
