WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County
Government to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE
URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed:
) $_122,981.00_ _to_ the General Services Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_713,000.00_ _to_ the Full Urban Services Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_205,000.00_ _to_ the Police Confiscated State Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_17,525.00_ _from_ the Sanitary Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_8,929.00_ _from_ the Water Quality Management Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_6,613.00_ _from_ the Landfill Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_50,000.00_ _to_ the Police and Fire Retirement Fund _from_ various accounts.
) Re-appropriations within the General Services District Fund; the Donation Fund; Municipal Aid Program Fund; Housing and Homelessness Fund; Sanitary Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund; Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund; Domestic Relations Fund; Adult Probation Fund; Sewer Trust Fund; LFUCG Representative Payee Program Fund; Property & Evidence Holding Fund; and the various Grant funds that do not result in changes to the Unappropriated Fund Balance of these funds.
