Council approval for the Mayor to sign an application and to execute a Service Site Agreement between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and The Kentucky Environmental Education Leadership Corp (an AmeriCorps program of the Kentucky Environmental Education Council). This Agreement will provide for an AmeriCorps member for the Division of Parks and Recreation for one year at a one-time cost not to exceed $7,500.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Service Site Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Environmental Education Council to have an Environmental Education Leadership Corps member assigned to the Division of Parks and Recreation for one (1) year.
Section 2 -That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $7,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Kentucky Environmental Education Council from accounts 1101-707601-7211-71299 and 1101-707605-7553-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Service Site Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
