BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of New Life Day Center to RFP No. 14-2018, Litter Pickup Services with Panhandler Participation, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement with New Life Day Center related to the RFP.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $100,000.00 for FY 2019, be and hereby is approved for payment to New Life Day Center, from account # 4051-313201-76101, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
