BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, LexArts, Inc., Phoenix Rising of Lexington, Kentucky, Inc., Kentucky Chinese American Association, Sisohpromatem Art Foundation, Inc. for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to LexArts, Inc. ($1,000.00), Phoenix Rising of Lexington, Kentucky, Inc. ($800.00) Kentucky Chinese American Association ($1,050.00), Sisohpromatem Art Foundation, Inc.
