BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That 1807 Dalton Court is hereby declared to be surplus property.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to approve change in use and execute deeds and any other necessary documents for the transfer of 1807 Dalton Court to Arbor Youth Services.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
