BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase chemical test kits for the Town Branch and West Hickman Waste Water Treatment Plants, from HACH Company, a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with HACH Company related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $24,262.20, be and hereby is approved for payment to HACH Company, from account # 4002 - 303407 - 75101.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
