BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to approve the Order, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Routeware, for GPS Services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $30,734.87, be and hereby is approved for payment to Routeware, $11,500.00 from account #1101-303301-76102, $7,757.79 from account #1115-303301-76102, and $11,477.08 from account #4501-303301-76102, pursuant to the terms of the Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
