BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

Section 1 - That Section 18-129(4) of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby is amended to read as follows:

(4)  Citation officer as authorized in Section 14-10 of the Code of Ordinances or any safety officer, parking officer, peace officer is authorized to issue citations for violations of this section.

                     Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon the date of its passage.
