BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Pro Landscaping Group, Inc., for the renovation of Gainesway Park Tennis Courts, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $68,000.00 from $375,758.40 to $443,758.40. Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $68,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to with Pro Landscaping Group, Inc., from account #3120-707602-90511 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
