BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 420-2017 be and hereby is amended to authorize the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, execute an amended Statement of Work, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with Metaformers, Inc., to provide additional funding for the PeopleSoft Upgrade Project to facilitate extended functional and technical support services.
Section 2 - That an additional amount, not to exceed the sum of $304,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Metaformers, Inc. from the following accounts: #2608-210101-71208 ($190,822.00) and #2609-210101-71208 ($113,178.00), pursuant to the terms of the amended Statement of Work.
