BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Amended Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Fayette County Public Schools (FCPS), Granting access to Law Information Network of Kentucky and FBI National Crime Information Center (LINK/NCIC) Services to FCPS Sworn Law Enforcement Officers and Telecommunicators on the 800 MHz public safety radio communication system, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
