BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That GRIDSMART Technologies, Inc., be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of omnidirectional, three-dimensional (3D) vehicle detection equipment and maintenance services; and the Mayor, or his designee, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreements with GRIDSMART Technologies, Inc., related to the procurement of these goods and maintenance services.
Section 2 - That a price contract with GRIDSMART Technologies, Inc. be and hereby is established and authorized for Fiscal Year 2019.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
