Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Kentucky Humanities, Pralltown Neighborhood Association, Kentucky Junior Miss Pageant, Inc., Board of Trustees for the Southern Heights Baptist Church of Lexington, Tates Creek Mansionettes, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
