BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Non-Motorized Grade Crossing License Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with R. J. Corman Railroad Company/Central Kentucky Lines, LLC, for the construction and maintenance of a pedestrian crossing across the tracks located at Newtown Pike and Third Street.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $977.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to R. J. Corman Railroad Company/Central Kentucky Lines, LLC, from account #2608-133001-91715, pursuant to the terms of the License Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
