BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the AARP Community Foundation, which Grant funds are in the amount of $9,998.00, are for the purpose of creating a "How-to" Manual for Homeowners and Builders on the planning and construction of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
