BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 (FINAL), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Advanced Mulching Technologies, Inc. d/b/a EcoGro, for the Coldstream Park Stream Corridor Restoration and Preservation Project, a Supplemental Environmental Project required by the Consent Decree, decreasing the Contract price by the sum of $1,015.00 from $957,009.62 to $955,994.62.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
