BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Contract with Kroger Limited Partnership I, Louisville Division, to supply the influenza vaccine and administer influenza vaccinations to Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government employees at a cost of twenty-eight dollars ($28.00) per employee, during the 2018 - 2019 flu season.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $28.00 per employee, is hereby approved for payment to Kroger Limited Partnership I, Louisville Division, from Account No. 1101-160504-71203, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
