Authorization to accept Purchase of Service Agreement (PSA) between Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and Lexington History Museum Inc. for services provided between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019 with an automatic renewal for two (2) additional one (1) year terms thereafter. Agreement includes placement and storage of its collections, special exhibits and other programs for the benefit & education of the public and outreach programs to Fayette County’s public and private schools. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Purchase of Service Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with The Lexington History Museum, Inc., for the maintenance of its collection and the provision of educational programs for the benefit of the public.
Section 2 -That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $60,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to The Lexington History Museum, Inc. from account 1101-900703-0001-71101, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
