BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute deeds and all other necessary documents to accept donation of the greenway properties located at the following addresses, from the following parties, at no cost to the Urban County Government: 3760 Winthrop Drive from Lochdale Development, Inc.; 2120 Twain Ridge Drive, 2125 Twain Ridge Drive, 2405 Calendula Road, 2412 Calendula Road, 2809 Sandersville Road, and 2810 Sandersville Road from Ball Homes, LLC; and 3325 Polo Club Boulevard and 2270 Ice House Way from North Forty Properties, LLC.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
