BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Fayette County Sheriff’s Settlement - 2017 taxes, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for taxes as of April 16, 2018, be and hereby is approved, and that the Sheriff be Granted a Quietus in connection with her tax settlement.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
