BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Letter of Agreement with the United States Department of the Army, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the acquisition of a permanent easement on the property located at 2250 Leestown Road, for the construction of Town Branch Trail Phase 4.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $3,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the United States Department of the Army from account #3160-303202-90313, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
