BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 10-2018), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Strand Associates, Inc., for Investigation and Design Services for the Town Branch Waste Water Treatment Plant Aeration Improvements Project.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $298,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Strand Associates, Inc., from account #4003 - 303401 - 92711, pursuant to the terms of the Engineering Services Agreement.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
