Summary
WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County
Government for various FY2018 projects as presented at the April 17, 2018 Council Budget Retreat and appropriating and re-appropriating funds:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE
URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to provide funds for various FY2018 projects as presented at the April 17, 2018 Council Budget Retreat and appropriating and re-appropriating funds:
) $_2,000,000.00_ _to_ the Full Urban Services District Fund _from_ various accounts.
) Re-appropriations within the General Services District Fund and General Fund Capital Projects that do not result in changes to the Unappropriated Fund Balances of this fund.
Section 2 - That the purposes of the Budget Amendments and the Accounts to or from which funds are herein appropriated, are detailed in “BUDGET SCHEDULE NO. 0039”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
