                     Section 1 - That the bid of Staples Business Advantage, establishing a price contract for Office Supplies, for the Division of Central Purchasing, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
